BEAUTIFUL SCENERY 

A citrus plantation established on a 160 acre parcel of land located just south of Ontario Village. The majority of the property (110 acres) is currently in use as a citrus (orange) plantation and the remainder is either land that was once cleared and is now overgrown, or virgin forest. Most of the property has gentle, sloping hills and an incredible view of the distant hills and mountains. The north part of the property is still in thick forest and has some large hills. The citrus is all bearing and was establish in 1992. Access from the main Western Highway, just over one mile away, is by a good, all-weather  road. The driveway to the domestic area on the farm is lined with many coconut palms. There are also many other fruit trees including craboo and mango. There is a concrete worker’s house and other storage sheds and containers. This is a very attractive, operational citrus farm which has plenty of room for expansion and has a good location close to the main highway and between San Ignacio and Belmopan, the capital of Belize. The magnificent scenery gives it a very pleasant atmosphere.
